Please take notice that on May 05, 2005 at 8:30 a.m. the Motion for Approval of Final Distribution of the Assets and Termination of the Liquidation of Rural Bank of Pinili (Ilocos Norte), Inc. will be submitted to the Liquidation Court (RTC of Batac, Ilocos Norte-Branch 18, Sp. Proc. No. 1753-18) for approval.
