Please take notice that on July 1, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. the motion for Approval of Final Project of Distribution of the Assets and Termination of the Liquidation Proceedings of the Permanent Savings Bank will be submitted to the Liquidation Court (RTC Branch 46, of Manila, Sp. Proc. No. 85-33371) for approval.
