O R D E R

Filed in this case is an Omnibus Motion alleging that this court issued an order dated February 2, 2011 ordering the petitioner to post the petition in three (3) conspicuous public places and be published in a newspaper of general circulation before the scheduled hearing on July 25, 2011. Unfortunately, due to oversight, petitioner was unable to cause the posting and the publication of said order. Petitioner thru counsel begs the kind indulgence of this court for his omission. He therefore, prays for the issuance of a new order setting the instant case for hearing on October 11, 2011 and for the posting of the order.

Finding the motion proper and meritorious, the same is hereby granted.

WHEREFORE, as prayed for, petitioner is hereby orders to cause the posting of this order in three (3) conspicuous public places and a one time publication in a newspaper of general circulation of this order on or before the schedule hearing on October 11, 2011 and directing those who may have a claim against the assets of the New Settler’s Bank, Inc. to file their respective claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from the date of publication of the above-mentioned order.
