Please take notice that on May 13, 2005 at 8:30 a.m. the motion for Approval of Final Project of Distribution of Assets and Termination of the Liquidation Proceedings of the Rural Bank of Tuao (Cagayan), Inc. will be submitted to the Liquidation Court (RTC-Second Judicial Region, Branch 11, Tuao, Cagayan, Sp. Proc. No. 235-T) for approval.
