O R D E R

Set for initial hearing this morning is a verified petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Rural Bank of Lagonoy (Camarines Sur), Inc. filed by petitioner Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

Considering, however, that the required publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines was not complied with, let the continuation of the presentation evidence to prove compliance with jurisdictional requirements be held on April 24 2012 at 8:30 in the morning at which date and hour all persons and entitles who have an opposition to the petition are directed to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

Let this order be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines and posted at a conspicuous place in the Municipal Building of Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, the Lagonoy Public Market, and the Hall of Justice, San Jose, Camarines Sur.

All persons or entitles who may have a claim against the assets of the Rural Bank of Lagonoy, ( Camarines Sur), Inc. should file their respective claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from the publication of this Order.

Furnish a copy of this Order, together with the petition and its annexes to the Solicitor General, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the president/ chairman of the Rural Bank of Lagonoy ( Camarines Sur), Inc.
