Notice is hereby given that on October 3, 2011, the Liquidation Court (RTC Third Judicial Region, Branch 67, Paniqui, Tarlac, Special Proceedings No. 070-P91 and 257-P’07) approved the Final Project of Distribution of Assets of Rural Bank of Anao (Tarlac), Inc. and Rural Bank of San Manuel (Tarlac), Inc. Check payments for approved claims will be released starting December 19, 2011 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Claims Settlement Department, 4th Floor, SSS Building, corner Ayala Avenue and V.A. Rufino Street, Makati City.
