Director Frondoso is a seasoned businessman and former investment banker. In 2012, he founded FSG Capital, Inc., a financial advisory and holding company. Through FSG Capital, his portfolio of investments includes FSG Technology Ventures, Inc. or DIGIPAY, a digital payments platform used by over 30,000 merchants; and LEX Services, Inc., the country’s leading provider of extended warranty services.

In 2014, he acquired several distressed asset portfolios from Standard Bank London Holdings Ltd. when it exited the Philippines. In 2013, he entered a joint venture to launch HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit), an investment he sold in 2017 (although he remained on the board of directors until 2023).

Prior to founding FSG Capital, Director Frondoso was Country Head for Morgan Stanley’s Philippine Representative Office. He also worked for Barclays Capital in Hong Kong and Singapore from 2003 to 2008; and for Salomon Smith Barney / Citigroup in Manila and Singapore from 2000 to 2003.

He is an Independent Director in the House of Investments, and was previously Trustee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Philippine Public Teachers Association (from 2013 to 2023). He serves as Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic to the Philippines.

Director Frondoso received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, USA in 1996.
