Notice to All Creditors of Cabiao Rural Bank (Nueva Ecija), Inc.

Please take notice in an Order dated January 18, 2006, the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 34, Gapan City, approved the Petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Cabiao Rural Bank (Nueva Ecija), Inc. (Sp. Proc. No. 1115-06) filed by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), as Liquidator of the aforementioned bank. As such all creditors and other interested parties are advised to submit their money claims to RTC, Branch 34, Gapan City, for approval or disapproval.

by virtue of Republic Act 3591, as amended, to insure
the deposits of all banks. PDIC exists to protect
depositors by providing deposit insurance coverage for the depositing public and help promote financial stability. PDIC is an attached agency of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
