Notice to All Creditors of Perpetual Savings Bank

Please take notice that on December 08, 2006, at 8.30 A.M., the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its capacity as Liquidator of the Perpetual Savings Bank, will submit for approval to the Liquidation Court, Branch 134 of Regional Trial Court of Makati, the Motion for the Final Project of Distribution to creditors and Termination of the Liquidation Proceedings of the said bank.
