Notice to All Creditors of Cooperative Bank of Camarines Sur, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that in an Order dated July 22, 2011, the Regional Trial Court-Naga City Branch 62 gave due course to the Petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Cooperative Bank of Camarines Sur, Inc. (Spec. Proc. No. 2011-0051) filed by Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

All depositors, creditors and other parties claiming interest with Cooperative Bank of Camarines Sur, Inc. may file their claims with the Liquidation Court or its liquidator, PDIC, at its office located at PDIC-Ayala Extension Office, 5/F SSS Building, corner Ayala Avenue and V. A. Rufino St. (formerly Herrera St.), Makati City.
