O R D E R

A verified petition was filed on 28 February 2011 by petitioner through counsel praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, an Order be issued giving assistance in the liquidation of the Rural Bank of San Antonio (Zambales), Inc.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing of this case be set on 6 June 2011 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon at the sala of this Court, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Balili, Iba, Zambales, on which time, date and place, all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any, why the said petition should not be granted.

Further, all persons who may have a claim against the assets of Rural Bank of San Antonio (Zambales), Inc., are directed to file their respective claims with the PHILIPPINE DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (PDIC) within ninety (90) days from date of publication of this Order.

WHEREFORE, let a copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Zambales and in the city of Olongapo, in accordance with Section 30 of Republic Act No. 7653 otherwise known as “The New Central Bank Act”. Further, let a copy of this Order be posted on the bulletin board of this Court, the bulletin board of the Provincial Capitol Building, Iba, Zambales and the bulletin board of the Municipal Hall Building of San Antonio, Zambales where the principal business address of the Rural Bank of San Antonio (Zambales), Inc. is situated. The petitioner through counsel is hereby ordered to show proof of compliance herewith.

Let copy of this order and the petition with its annexes be furnished the Rural Bank of San Antonio (Zambales), Inc.
