O R D E R

This is a petition filed by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), the designated Liquidation/Receiver of the Rural Bank of Malasiqui Pangasinan, Inc. (RBMI for brevity) pursuant to Resolution No. 1753 of the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas, praying for assistance in the liquidation of the assets of RBMI in accordance with the Liquidation Plan adopted by the petitioner.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the same is set for initial hearing on July 18, 2011 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning during which all persons who may have claims/interest against the assets of RBMI should file them with this Court on or before the aforestated date of hearing.

Let this Order be posted in the three (3) public places in the Municipality of Malasiqui and published at the expense of the petitioner, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos to be selected on the basis of a raffle.
