SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE

Let it be known that when tropical storm 'Ondoy' hit our country sometime on September 26 and 27, 2009 where the whole compound of Justice Hall of Malabon City was heavily flooded, the Court had issued a General Notice on 10 February 2010 informing the public of the records of cases that were damaged and/or lost. Let it be known further that one of the cases mentioned in the General Notice that was damaged is:
