O R D E R

Acting upon the PDIC’s manifestation with motion for substitution dated 28 June 2010 filed in court thru counsel, finding the same to be meritorious, the same is Granted, with the PDIC now as the petitioner, this Court is GIVING DUE COURSE to the petition dated 05 March 1988 in this case, hence the initial hearing in this case is set to 10 January 2011, at 8:30 o’ clock in the morning, this Court DIRECTING the PDIC to publish without delay this order once in a newspaper of general circulation nationwide, this Court further DIRECTING any and all persons that may have claims against the assets of the Rural Bank of Jovellar (Albay), Inc., to file their claims with the PDIC within a period of ninety (90) days counted from the date this order is published, provided, finally, that copies of this order shall be posted also without delay within the premises of the principal office of the Rural Bank of Jovellar (Albay), Inc., the Municipal Hall, the Postal Office, the Public Market and the Public Vehicle Terminal all in the town of Jovellar, Albay, as well as in the Provincial Capitol of the province of Albay.
