Notice to All Creditors of Rural Bank of Aurora (Zamboanga del Sur), Inc.

Please be informed that on May 27, 2010, the Liquidation Court (RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, Special Proceedings No. AZ-98-40,097 approved the Final Project of Distribution of the Assets of the Rural Bank of Aurora (Zamboanga del Sur), Inc. Payments for approved claims will be made by check starting October 11, 2010 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Claims Settlement Department, 4th Floor, SSS Bldg., corner V. A. Rufino Street and Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
