Notice to All Creditors of Commonwealth Savings and Loan Bank, Inc.

Please take notice that on December 28, 2009, the Liquidation Court (RTC Branch 63, Makati City, Sp. Proc. No. M-4904) approved the Final Project of Distribution of the Assets and Termination of the Liquidation Proceedings of Commonwealth Savings and Loan Bank, Inc. Check payments for approved claims will be released starting February 19, 2010 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Claims Settlement Department, 4th Floor, SSS Bldg., corner V. A. Rufino Street and Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
