O R D E R

Acting upon the petition dated 27 October 2009 filed in court by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), finding such petition to be in order, it is proper to give due course, as this Court hereby GIVES DUE COURSE to such petition, and thus the initial hearing in this case is set to 08 JUNE 2010, at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, this Court DIRECTING the PDIC to publish with dispatch this order once in a newspaper of general circulation nationwide, furthermore, this Court DIRECTING any and all persons that may have claims against the assets of the BDB Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to file their respective claims with the petitioner PDIC within a period of ninety (90) days counted from the date this order is published, provided, finally, that copies of this order shall be posted also with dispatch within the premises of the offices of the BDB Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) at its Legazpi City and Tabaco City Branches, the City Halls, the Postal Offices, the Public Markets and Public Bus Terminals in both cities, as well as the Provincial Capitol of the Province of Albay.
