ORDER

A verified petition has been filed with this Court by petitioner for assistance in the liquidation of Rural Bank of Silang, Inc. (Cavite) in accordance with Section 30 of Republic Act No. 7653,otherwise known as the New Central Bank Act.

It appearing that the petition is sufficient in form and substance, this Court hereby acquires jurisdiction over the petition and is accordingly given due course. The Master Liquidation Plan of the PDIC Board of Directors is noted.

Set the hearing of this case of February 5, 2010 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning.

Let the petition and this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner.
