O R D E R

This is a verified petition filed by the petitioner, by counsel, praying that the Court give due course to the instant Petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Rural Bank of Bacolor (Pampanga), Inc. and to set the date and time for initial hearing thereof.

Finding the aforesaid petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the Court hereby sets the hearing thereof on February 17, 2010 at 8:30 in the morning at the Session Hall of this Court, 2nd Floor, RTC Building, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Let the petitioner at its expense, cause the posting of this Order in three (3) public and conspicuous places in the Municipality of Bacolor, Pampanga and in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, and also to publish this Order once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.

All persons and/ or entities who may have a claim against the assets of the Rural bank of Bacolor (Pampanga), Inc. are directed to file their respective claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this Order in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.

Furnish copies hereof the petitioner PDIC thru its counsel, through registered mail with return card.

SO ORDERED.
