Notice to All Creditors of Solid Homes Savings and Loan Associaion, Inc.

Please take notice that on January 29, 2007, the Liquidation Court (RTC-Pasig City, Branch 166) approved the Final Project of Distribution of Assets and Termination of Liquidation Proceeding of Solid Homes Savings and Loan Association, Inc. Check payments for approved claims will be released starting May 9, 2007 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Claims Settlement Department, 6th Floor, SSS Bldg., corner V.A. Rufino and Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
