Initial Notice to the Public of Rural Bank of Espiritu, Inc.

Notice is given to the public that on March 28, 2008, the Regional Trial Court of Laoag City, Branch 15, issued an order giving due course to the “PETITION FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE LIQUIDATION OF RURAL BANK OF ESPIRITU (ILOCOS NORTE), INC.“ (SP. Proceeding No. 14165-15).

Pursuant to the aforesaid Order, notice is hereby given to the public and to all who claims against Rural Bank of Espiritu, Inc. to file their respective claims, within fifteen (15) days from the last publication of this notice with Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) at its office address located at 7th Flr. SSS Bldg., Ayala Ave. cor. Rufino St., Makati, Metro Manila. Otherwise, the claim shall be considered forever barred.
