ORDER

A verified petition was filed by Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC) praying for assistance in the liquidation of the Rural Bank of Lilio (Laguna), Inc.

Wherefore, let the instant petition be set for hearing on 26 February 2008 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon on which date, time, and place, all persons who may have claims against the bank to appear and show cause why this petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this order be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general or local circulation in the Philippines and posted by the Deputy Sheriff of this Court at the premises of all branches of Rural Bank of Lilio within the province of Laguna at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of hearing at the expense of the petitioner.

Likewise, let copy of the same order be furnished the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
