ORDER

This is a verified petition dated March 5, 2013 filed by herein petitioner Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) praying for the assistance in the liquidation of Rural Bank of Jordan (Iloilo) Inc.

The petition being sufficent in form and substance is hereby set for hearing on August 30, 2013 at 1:30 in the afternoon in the sala of this branch at San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras.

The petitioner is hereby directed to cause the publication, before the hearing Date, of this Order in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Guimaras once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks and be posted in the bulletin board of this court and at two (2) conspicuous places in the Province of Guimaras so that anybody who may have a claim against the assets of the Rural Bank of Jordan (Iloilo) Inc., may file their respective claims with the petitioner PDIC within ninety (90) days of last publication of this order.

Furnish copy of this order the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, and the Provincial Prosecutor of Guimaras.

Also furnish copy of this order the petitioner PDIC and its counsel.

SO ORDERED.
