ORDER

A verified petition having been duly filed by petitioner Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), praying this Court that after posting, publication and hearing, and upon submission of proof of jurisdictional requirements, an Order be issued by the Court giving due course to the instant petition for assistance in the liquidation of Rural Bank of Victoria (Oriental Mindoro), Inc., and finding the said petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the petition be set for initial hearing on September 4, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, before this Court sitting at the Hall of Justice, Provincial Capitol Complex, Camilmil, Calapan City, and directing those who may have a claim against the assets of the said bank to file their respective claims with the petitioner within NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of publication of this Order. The petitioner is likewise ordered to present for marking to this Court’s Interpreter all their documentary evidences establishing compliance with jurisdictional requirements not later than three (3) days before the scheduled date of initial hearing, failing in which will result to the outright denial of the petition.

A C C O R D I N G L Y, as prayed for by the petitioner, let copies of this Order be posted in three (3) conspicuous places and let copy of this Order be published once in a newspaper of general circulation at the expense of the petitioner.
