ORDER

A verified petition for liquidation was filed by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation praying that after publication, posting due notice and hearing an order be issued directing those who may have claim against the assets of Rural Bank of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro to file their respective claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from date of publication of the abovementioned order.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing of this case be set on June 18, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in morning in the session hall of this Court seating at the Multi-purpose Bldg. Capitol Compound Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro at which time, date and place all persons or entity who may have any interest and/or ground in opposing the said petition should appeal and show cause/causes why said petition should not be granted.

WHEREFORE. Let copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner, once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines and be posted in three (3) conspicuous places in the said province particularly in the Bulletin Board of the Municipal Hall and Public Market of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro and the Provincial Capitol Bldg. Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.

Furthermore, the setting of this case for initial hearing on April 23, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning is hereby cancelled and reset to the date and time as ordered herein.

Likewise, let Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. The President/Chairman of the Rural Bank of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, the petitioner, its counsel and the Office of the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City be furnished with the copy of this order together with the petition and the annexes.
