ORDER

A verified petition dated April 2, 2013, having been filed praying to this Court to Issue an Order;

1. Directing the petitioner PDIC to cause the posting in three (3) public places and the one time publication in a newspaper of general circulation of the Honorable Court’s Order;

2. Setting the date and time for the initial hearing; and

3. Directing to those who may have a claim against the assets of the Bank to file their respective claims with the Petitioner within ninety (90) days from the date of publication of the above-mentioned Order.

4. Approving the reimbursement to the petitioner the receivership fees and expenses as set forth in paragraph 11 once the petition is given due course.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that this Order be posted at the main entrance of the, Municipal Building of Naguilian, La Union, Provincial Capitol and the Hall of Justice Bauang , La Union at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of Initial Hearing on July 1, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning. Let a copy of this Order be published once in the Philippine Daily Inquirer a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines so that persons who have interest and claims against Rural Bank of Naguilian, La Union appear, and file their claims within ninety (90) days from the date of Publication of this Order. The Petitioner shall, at the hearing, submit proofs of posting and service of the Order.
