ORDER

After the petitioner had marked exhibits “A” to “K-1” in compliance with its jurisdictional requirement, this Petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Rural Bank of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Inc. filed by petitioner is hereby GIVEN DUE COURSE.

The public and the creditors of the bank are hereby ordered to file their claims within ninety (90) days from the publication of this order giving due course to this Petition for Assistance by the PDIC. Failure to file any claims by the creditors of the closed bank, the said creditors shall be banned from filing any claims against the Bank and the PDIC in any Courts of Law.

The PDIC is hereby ordered to publish this order immediately upon receipt hereof, once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines. After the publication of this order, the PDIC is hereby ordered to submit proof of publication and likewise submit annual liquidation report. In the event that the PDIC is ready and had prepared its project of distribution (POD), the project of distribution shall be submitted to this court and once submitted, the petitioner shall publish a notice of hearing of the motion for the approval of the final project of distribution in a newspaper of general circulation. After the petitioner had wind up their project of distribution, it is hereby ordered that petitioner shall file a final report.

The Sheriff of this Court is likewise ordered to cause the posting of this order in a conspicuous place of the closed bank to notify the public in general.

SOR ORDERED.
