ORDER

Petitioner, through counsel, filed a verified petition for Assistance in the Liquidation of Rural Bank of Tarlac, Inc. praying that, after due notice and hearing, an Order be issued directing the PDIC to: (a) cause the posting in three (3) public places and the one time publication in a Newspaper of General Circulation of the Hon. Court’s Order; (b) setting the date and time for the initial hearing; (c) directing those who may have claim against the assets of the Bank to file their respective claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from date of publication of the above-mentioned Order. Petitioner further prays for such other reliefs and remedies just and equitable in the premises.

It appearing that the petition is sufficient in form and substance, the court hereby sets the hearing of the petition on February 6, 2013 at 8:30 O’ clock in the morning. All creditors or entities who may have a claim against the assets of the bank are directed to file their respective claims within 90 days from the date of publication of this order.

Let a copy of the Order be published at the expense of the petitioner in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines for at least once, prior to the date of the hearing. Also, let copies of this Order be posted, at the expense of the petitioner, by the Sheriff of this Court in three (3) public places.

Let copy of the petition, together with this Order, be furnished to the Office of Rural Bank of Tarlac, Inc. (RBTI), the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), the Office of the City Prosecutor of Tarlac City, to petitioner and their counsel Atty. Cristine Cuisia Remollo for their information and guidance.
