O R D E R

This is a Petition filed by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), the designated Statutory Liquidator and Receiver of the Rural Bank of Agno (Pangasinan), Inc., pursuant to Resolution No. 671 of the Monetary Board of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, praying for assistance in the liquidation of the assets of Rural Bank of Agno (Pangasinan) Inc., in accordance with the Liquidation Plan adopted by the petitioner.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the same is set for initial hearing on March 20, 2013 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning in the sala of this Court. All persons who may have claims or interest against the assets of Rural Bank of Agno (Pangasinan) Inc., may file their claims with the petitioner within ninety (90) days from date of publication of this Order.

Let this Order be published once in a newspaper of general circulation at the expense of the petitioner. Likewise, let this Order be posted in three (3) public places in the Municipality of Agno, Pangasinan.
