ORDER

Before this Court is a Motion for Reconsideration of and/or to Amend the Order Dated July 27, 2012 filed by the petitioner through counsel on August 20,2012.

Counsel manifested that despite diligent efforts, petitioner failed to comply with the Order of this Court regarding the publication and posting due to lack of material time, distance, and inclement weather; that petitioner received the aforementioned Order on August 6, 2012 and the hearing of the instant case is set on August 30, 2012, hence petitioner has only 24 days within which to effect the publication and cause the posting of the said Order; that unfortunately, workdays were suspended due to inclement weather and several holidays; that petitioner prays of this Court to amend the July 27, 2012 Order setting anew the hearing on such date which is at least 2 months away from receipt of the Order and by directing the publication and posting thereof.

WHEREFORE, finding the motion to be well-taken and meritorious, the same is hereby GRANTED. The petitioner is hereby directed to cause the posting of the petitioner in three conspicuous places and publish the same once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines (NATIONAL). Set the hearing of this case on November 12, 2012 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning.
