PDIC to hold public bidding of assets on August 8

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is set to conduct a public bidding on a cash-to-cash and “as is, where is” basis 32 real properties with estimated total value of P164.62 million, based on minimum bid price. The assets include commercial, residential and agricultural real properties located in Metro Manila and Southern Tagalog Region. Prices range from P375,000.00 to P47,600,000.00.

The bidding will be held at the Agricultural Systems Cluster (ASC) Lecture Hall, Old Agronomy Building, College of Agriculture, UP Los Baños, Laguna on August 8, 2008.

PDIC advises prospective bidders to physically inspect the properties, examine and verify the titles and other related documents, and determine any unpaid taxes, fees and charges due on prior transfers before submitting bids.
