In line with the PDIC’s mandate to review the maximum deposit insurance coverage (MDIC) under Section 5(k) of Republic Act No. 3591, as amended, and by virtue of its authority to require banks to submit documents/information which it may deem necessary under Regulatory Issuance No. 2021-01, or the Revised Rules and Regulations on Record-Keeping of Bank Deposits and Reportorial Requirements from Banks, all banks are hereby directed to submit the attached pro-forma Special Report on Bank Deposit Liabilities by Size of Accounts (Annex A) as of 31 December 2022 with the following specifications:
