SUBJECT :Conduct of PDIC 2025 Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) Survey

All banks are enjoined to participate in the 2025 CSM Survey of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation to be conducted in January 2026. This is in compliance with the requirements of Governance Commission for GOCCs-Anti Red Tape Authority (GCG-ARTA) Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2023 on the Supplemental Guidelines to the ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2022-05 or “The Guidelines on the Implementation of the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement” specific for GOCCs covered by Republic Act No. 10149 and ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2022-05 on “The Guidelines on the Implementation of the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement”.

The survey aims to gather feedback from insured banks on their overall experience with PDIC’s external services, such as collection of assessment due and release of decals and standees, among others.

Representatives from Premier Value Provider, Inc. (PVPI) will reach out to your Bank’s Compliance Officer via email from info@pvpi.ph and kaumpad@pvpi.ph to conduct the survey. They may also follow up by telephone regarding your responses.

Your feedback is most valuable to our efforts in enhancing the services available to all banks.
