Insured banks are enjoined to participate in the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Measurement Survey of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) to be conducted in September 2023. This is in compliance with the requirements of GCG-ARTA Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2023 (https://gcg.gov.ph/files/MJrPfViDBJjVy5Po6Jkp.pdf) and ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2022-05 (https://arta.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/MC-2022-05-GUIDELINES-ON-THE-IMPLEMENTATION-OF-THE-HARMONIZED-CLIENT-SATISFACTION-MEASUREMENT.pdf). The survey is aimed at engaging insured banks to know their overall experience with the PDIC for services availed in relation to the collection of assessment fees and release of decals and standees, among others. The PDIC will contact your Bank Compliance Officer via email for the conduct of the survey.
