PDIC Regulatory Issuance No. 2021-01: DATES OF COMPLIANCE


The Regulatory Issuance No. 2021-01 on the Revised Rules and Regulations on Record-Keeping of Bank Deposits and Reportorial Requirements from Banks took effect on 8 February 2022.

Please be reminded of the dates of compliance under the Regulatory Issuance:

On or before 10 March 2022: Operations Manual on Record-Keeping of Bank Deposits1

On or before 9 May 2022: Certification of Compliance, Report on the Features of the Bank Computer Systems, and Technical Specifications of the DAV2

Banks shall submit the electronic files of the foregoing documents at the following designated e-mail addresses:
