A CPA-lawyer by profession, Director Reynaldo F. Tansioco was Assistant Government Corporate Counsel at the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel for 10 years from 1999 to 2009 prior to joining PDIC. He was previously a Legal Officer at the Strategic Investment Development Corporation (SIDCOR) from 1987 to 1999 and served as agent of the National Bureau of Investigation and worked at the General Auditing Office now Commission on Audit. Atty. Tansioco was also a former branch lawyer at the Philippine National Bank.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of the East and earned his law degree from San Beda College. He has a Master’s degree in Senior Management, which he earned from the Graduate School of the Ateneo de Manila University.
