NOTICE OF CONDUCT OF THIRD NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT After two failed public biddings, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is conducting a Negotiated Procurement for the Systems Furniture for PDIC’s Risk Management Office (RMO), Corporate Governance Office (CGO) and Office of Corporate Secretary (OCS) Work Areas with an approved budget of P550,000.00. Activities for the project are as follows:
The process for the negotiated procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
