BID BULLETIN NO. 1

Item 6.1.A.2 of the Instructions to Bidders requires the submission of a Business/Mayor’s Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located. Considering that renewal of business permit for 2011 is still ongoing, submission by a prospective bidder of a Mayor’s/Business Permit with a validity date until December 31, 2010 will be allowed for purposes of the opening of bids scheduled on January 24, 2011.
