Member banks are enjoined to participate when selected as respondents to the PDIC 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey to be conducted in September 2021.
The survey is aimed at engaging member banks to know their overall experience with PDIC in complying with the regulatory requirements on deposit insurance assessment, among others. The results of the survey will help PDIC improve the quality of its services involving transactions with member banks.
The Philippine Survey & Research Center, Inc. (PSRC) will be the designated service provider of PDIC to conduct the survey which also includes a prior pilot-test survey. Should your bank be randomly selected as respondent, the PSRC will contact your Bank Compliance Officer to schedule the interview through telephone or other preferred alternative communication platform in observance of government prescribed health and safety protocols.
