- The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will conduct the claims settlement operations for EIB - H. V. dela Costa branch on August 2 to 9, 2012 at the bank premises of EIB-Pasay Road at Evecal Building, 855 Legaspi Village, A. Arnaiz Ave., cor. Amorsolo St., Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City.
- Depositors who have already filed their claims for deposit insurance and were issued Claim Status Sheet indicating their claim number are advised to proceed at the premises of EIB – Pasay Road branch on the following dates, during office hours:

- On their Appointment Date, depositors will either receive the deposit insurance
payment or a notice on the status of their claims.
- Starting August 16, 2012, depositors may file their claims thru mail or submit them
personally at PDIC, 4th Floor, SSS Bldg., Ayala Avenue corner V. A. Rufino Street,
Makati City, Monday to Friday, during office hours.
- In accordance with the provisions of R.A. 3591, as amended, the last day
for filing claims (prescriptive date) for insured deposits in the closed
Export and Industry Bank is on April 28, 2014. After April 28, 2014, PDIC, as
insurer, shall no longer accept any claim for insured deposits maintained
with the said closed bank.
