Depositors' Forum for the closed Millennium Bank, Inc. (Cabanatuan City)

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will conduct a Depositors’ Forum for the depositors of the closed Millennium Bank, Inc. (Cabanatuan City) at Lions Foundation Center, Burgos St., Cabanatuan City (in front of Nueva Ecija High School) on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.

The requirements and procedures for filing deposit insurance claims will be explained during the Forum. Claim Forms and Claim Status Sheets will also be distributed.

All depositors as well as borrowers of the closed Millennium Bank, Inc. are enjoined to attend.
