SUBJECT :PDIC’s New Trunkline and Hotline Numbers

In compliance with the National Telecommunications Commission’s directive (Memorandum Order No. 10-10-2017) to migrate from 7-digit telephone numbers to 8-digit telephone numbers, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will have the following new trunkline and hotline numbers effective March 18, 2019:

                       Trunkline: (02) 88-41-4000
                       Public Assistance Hotline: (02) 88-41-4141

Should you wish to contact specific PDIC personnel through his/her local number, please dial (02) 8841 + 4-digit local number.

The migration to 8-digit telephone numbers shall cover local telephone service within the “02” local exchange area which includes Greater Metro Manila; Rizal Province; San Pedro, Laguna; and Bacoor, Cavite.

In this regard, banks are enjoined to update their directories and inform their clients of the new PDIC telephone numbers.
