Environmentally-friendly Value Chain

PDIC has policies in place safeguarding the environment such as the guidelines on waste segregation and management of hazardous waste. PDIC and the recognized employees’ organization, PHILDICEO, are currently implementing a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) which encourages employees and management to collaboratively take an active role in adopting austerity measures through recycling, prudent use of resources and utilities, and development of streamlined and cost-effective processes.



PDIC is a government instrumentality created in
1963 by virtue of Republic Act 3591, as amended,
to insure the deposits of all banks. PDIC exists to
protect depositors by providing deposit insurance coverage for the depositing public and help promote financial stability
